A New Method of Culture Transformation
Belonging Leaders conduct organizational and leadership research and develop strategies to transform workplace culture into a more welcoming and belonging environment. Our team specializes in developing belonging cultures and supports organizational development programs that link to cultivation of a culture of belonging. Our research revealed that traditional culture development methods no longer work in this contemporary era. Often traditional methods inadvertently cultivate cultures that are bureaucratic and transactional, which conflict with nurturing a culture of belonging. Consequently, we developed new groundbreaking methods that accelerate cultural transformation.

New Generations, New Leadership Approaches
At Belonging Leaders, we recognize that the changing demographics of the workforce are creating new challenges for leaders and organizing their workforce. Our team recently conducted research on the impact of generational diversity on future of work challenges, such as remote working, workplace wellbeing, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). This research supports the Belonging Leadership framework in cultivating cultures of belonging. Findings reveal strategies for engaging and motivating younger generations should connect to promoting a culture of inclusivity and belonging.
